Fantastic service. After recent back injuries, I was struggling with my office chair, bought locally about 3 years ago; couldn't get it to adjust so I was comfortable. So the lovely man came to my house, tried to adjust it, diagnosed wear and tear, and (at my request) brought with him a chair I'd tried out in the shop, adjusted it to suit my body, and left it with me. No delivery fee, no need for me to assemble it. What more could I ask?
