A good looking studio with great instructors. Everyone in the class is welcoming and you always leave feeling refreshed and happier!

Feeling grateful for this studio to have opened in Murwillumbah. Certainly a home away from home to nurture my body, mind and soul. Beautiful teachers who gently guide you through the classes. I love how the emphasis is put on it not being important how flexible or 'good' you are in poses, but to simply listen to your own body and tune it to what is good for you. Yep, 5 stars :)
