Poor customer service at shop counter, to busy looking after drive through customer
Damn them... Failed to correctly deliver my (kiosk specific) order twice.. App ordering was even worse. Stood in the store and watched 5 staff spend 20min to process a single order and still get it wrong.. I'm not 'picky'.. It was rather simple... So much more that I could say, though, I'll end it here..
Nice cold air cond next to cafe bar; quick friendly service; good coffee and a great view of the river. Well worth the drive over the bridge.Second recent visit only worth 1 star. Cafe was not staffed; had to wait ages for service; like it was an inconvenience to serve me; not very friendly. Such a contrast to the last visit. Management could do well to match the qualities of their younger, friendlier staff; and employ more people.

When we arrived, we were asked to go to the kiosk where the staff member would enter our order - if we weren't in a hurry, we would have left IMMEDIATELY.Dear McDonalds Management, we HATE the kiosks! We have walked out of other stores where they wouldn't take our order at the counter. McDonald's used to be an organisation that trained staff in GREAT customer service. Now all you want is to reduce staff numbers and make your customers take care of their own service - NOT ON!
