I had been a very happy customer of MMA and Jeannie for over 12 years even while I lived in other states. However my dealings with this office over the past year leaves a lot to be desired and their service fees far exceed what I can pay in a city. After 12 years as a loyal customer I have found a new accountant who do not have a problem proving me with their fee schedule and who don't charge for every little query. To be fair, for the majority years I would rate MMA 4 star, however based on current experiences I am hard pressed to give more than 2 star.
